If your location is not available at checkout, we may not be able to ship to your area at this time.
Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error, such as sending the wrong item.
Tracking Information

Delayed Packages

We will do our best to help investigate the issue, but we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check your mailbox, front desk, building concierge, neighbors, local carrier, or delivery area first.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to change it after the order has been processed.
If a package is returned, lost, or delivered to the wrong address because of incorrect customer information, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
