Return & Refund Policy

At Shot Roulette, we want every customer to have a smooth and fair shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it
In its original packaging
Not damaged, altered, or missing any parts
Returned with proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email

For hygiene and safety reasons, used items cannot be returned.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include clear photos or videos of the issue. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. You may still request a return after receiving the item, as long as it meets our return requirements.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check your mailbox, front desk, neighbors, local carrier, or delivery area first.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee refunds for packages marked as delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address mistake after placing your order.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional sale may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Product Notice

Shot Roulette products are novelty party game items. Alcohol is not included with any purchase. Customers are responsible for using the product safely and responsibly.
